After the shared start, Zetun Web creates protected, clickable design directions. They show the planned presence with real practice details, suitable structure, and concrete visual effect.
This will inshallah make it clear early how design, navigation, and basic site structure work together.
The practice selects a starting direction from these options. This direction becomes the foundation for the build phase. Adjustments and additions then have a clear place in the agreed adjustment frame.

Adjustments before and after launch
During the build phase, Zetun Web works with feedback rounds. After launch, the yearly adjustment allowance describes which new wishes are already included in each service scope. Further adjustments remain possible; Zetun Web will inshallah classify the scope clearly before implementation. New pages, larger rebuilds, or ongoing redesigns are scoped separately by Zetun Web.
- Small adjustment unit
- A small adjustment unit bundles several smaller points on existing content or settings. Examples include changed opening hours, a new phone number, smaller text corrections, link adjustments, image changes, alt texts, or metadata.
- Medium extension
- A medium extension adds a new area to an existing page. Examples include a new section about a treatment, an expanded team presentation, additional practice images with suitable descriptions, or a new notice area for patients.
- Larger extension
- A larger extension concerns new pages, new components, navigation changes, or larger restructuring. Zetun Web scopes the work in advance and prepares a suitable offer for it.
- Defect resolution
- If something does not work as built, resolution during active care belongs to defect resolution and does not count toward the adjustment allowance.

Operation with clear responsibility
Monthly care combines operation, maintenance, monitoring, defect resolution, usage summary, and orderly changes in a clear responsibility frame. It forms the basis for a technically cared-for presence that remains ready to evolve.

For Voice and Partner, a monthly website usage summary is part of care: visitor numbers, important pages, and the number of form inquiries. The usage summary is cookieless and self-hosted.

For Voice and Partner, the configured email infrastructure belongs to the cared-for service scope. Mailboxes, storage, and responsibilities follow the agreed service scope.

If an agreed part of the presence or a service operated by Zetun Web does not work as built, resolution during active care belongs to defect resolution.

Available separately for Partner: blog activation starts once at €1,200. Included are blog route, article template, metadata, preview graphics, sitemap, protected preview, and preparation of the first approved article. Further articles, editorial support, or larger content series receive a separate scope assessment.

Further language versions can be planned when the practice needs a larger multilingual surface. The foundation is an approved primary language. This allows tone, terms, metadata, page lengths, and language signals to transfer in an orderly way.

Additional editorial support, new content areas, further service sections, or professional article drafts receive a separate scope assessment. The practice reviews and decides which content is published.

Content & publishing
Does Zetun Web write the content?
Zetun Web actively supports content: working states, drafts, variants, structure, and technical publication. This will inshallah create a reviewable state faster. The practice reviews, supplements, and approves content for publication. Professional and medical correctness as well as legal details remain the responsibility of the practice.
What is a content unit?
A content unit is editorial support for text, structure, or variants. Small units concern short text or structure suggestions. Medium units cover larger drafts, variants, or connected content areas. Zetun Web delivers concrete suggestions; the practice reviews and decides.
Is content support the same as a website adjustment?
Content support and technical implementation are two separate layers. Content support delivers text and structure suggestions. If that leads to a change on the presence, the technical implementation receives its place: during the build phase in the feedback frame, after launch in the adjustment allowance.
When are translations created?
For multilingual presences, the primary language is created first. After approval of the primary language, the further language versions are created on a confirmed foundation. This will inshallah let tone, terms, metadata, and page lengths transfer coherently.
Is a blog automatically visible?
A blog area appears only when approved articles exist. For Partner, blog infrastructure can be activated separately when professional articles are part of the presence.
Email & contact paths
What counts as an email mailbox?
An email mailbox is its own email inbox with storage. It can be used for a person or a function, for example for a practitioner, a practice team, or a shared address such as info@ or termin@. Receiving aliases are additional addresses without their own mailbox. They forward incoming messages to an existing mailbox.
Build phase & adjustment allowance
How does feedback work during the build phase?
A feedback round bundles the practice's feedback. The bundled feedback becomes a revised state that the practice can review again. Individual wishes receive a classification as a small adjustment unit, medium extension, or larger extension when needed.
Do defects count toward the adjustment allowance?
Defects belong to defect resolution and do not count toward the adjustment allowance during active care. This concerns agreed parts of the presence that do not work as built.
What is possible when the adjustment allowance is used up?
Further adjustments remain separately possible during the current year. Zetun Web classifies the scope before implementation. A suitable offer is then created.
How do changes work on multilingual pages?
Data changes such as phone number, opening hours, or address can often be maintained centrally. Content changes receive a classification by language version and affected surface. This keeps visible whether a change affects one language or several language versions.
Can unused adjustment allowance be carried over?
No. The adjustment allowance applies to the respective care year. Larger or bundled wishes receive their own assessment.
Care & handover
When does monthly care begin?
Monthly care begins at launch and can be cancelled monthly.
Can the published presence be handed over?
Yes. On request, an orderly handover of the published static presence with published content is possible. Operated services such as email infrastructure, forms, monitoring, and maintenance are separate from this and receive their own coordination when needed.
